Capitola is a beautiful beach community located in Santa Cruz County.  As with most beach communities, Real Estate prices tend to be higher.  A great alternative to buying a home or condo is a mobile or manufactured home.  In Capitola there are several nice mobile home parks, Brookvale Terrace mobile home park in my opinion is the best.

Brookvale Terrace mobile home park in Capitola is a resident owned park.  This means that you own the land under you manufactured or mobile home.  Most parks operate as leased land parks where you pay the owner rent monthly.   At Brookvale Terrace the monthy fee goes towards water, park maintance, clubhouse etc and is currently under $200.

Brookvale Terrace is an all age mobile home park and is located within walking distance to schools, Capitola Village & beaches.  It is a great location for kids and seniors alike and very close to public transportation and shopping/restaurants.

Brookvale Terrace Capitola Mobile home park is a very well kept and beautiful park with walking paths and a small stream running through it.  The property lots are much larger than most mobile home parks so you have a nice garden/backyard area.  Some of the lots back up to the creek and have lovely patios.
