I began my real estate career while still in college at UC Davis as a real estate assistant. I took the time to really learn the business before starting out on my own when I obtained my real estate license in 2004. I am originally from the Santa Cruz area and have extensive local knowledge about the different neighborhoods and areas. In 2008 we were referred to Realtor Jessica Wallace to aid our research on a possible second property purchase in Santa Cruz County.  Over the next three years we received Real Estate listing and pending sale updates from Jessica on a daily basis, complemented with periodic commentary on local market conditions.  By late 2010, we were pragmatically painfully aware of a sound business need to sell our primary residence in Pleasure Point.

So who are we going to call?  We called Jessica Wallace, an energetic no nonsense Realtor with a lengthier than lengthy prospective client list.   Jessica provided helpful suggestions and resources that further helped to expedite our marketing preparations.   

The only disagreement we encountered during the entire process was between Jessica and some of her colleagues.  Some of them argued that our house should list for as much as seventy thousand dollars less than Jessica's suggested list price. 

To make a short story short, escrow closed thirty-two (32) days from date of listing at Jessica's full price recommendation, end of argument!

Over the years we have bought or sold a number of properties in several northern California counties, several in which we represented ourselves as seller or buyer, and several during which we saw fit to fire our Realtor.  Of course, in today's market it's ill advised for a seller not to work with a good Realtor.  Jessica Wallace is a good Realtor, the best we've ever worked with.  But don't take our word for it.
